I ordered on October 19, 2024. Order #1722. I never received my durags and I bought 2!!! I even paid for express shipping?? I didn't get any tracking info, just an email saying you will receive an email when item ship. I reached out 4 times now to their [****] and no responses. Not even an "I'm sorry". No refund, no response. There website even claims they have 24/7 support. That is false advertising. I am disappointed that I can't get 1 response but they are happy to take my money.
