Return Policy for SilkyDurag

Thank you for shopping at SilkyDurag. We strive to provide you with high-quality headwear and excellent customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Returns and Exchanges: 1.1 Eligibility: We accept free returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 1.2 Non-Eligible Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used or damaged products, personalized or customized items, or items marked as final sale. 1.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item sent by SilkyDurag. 1.4 Refunds and Store Credit: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as per your preference.

  2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: 2.1 Contacting Customer Support: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at silky-durag@hotmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. 2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions. 2.3 Packaging and Shipping: Please pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available) or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.

  3. Defective or Incorrect Items: 3.1 Verification: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at silky-durag@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. 3.2 Resolution: We will verify the issue and, if approved, provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Once we receive the defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

  4. Refund Processing Time: 4.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. 4.2 Original Payment Method: If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
